1. An annotating device for annotating a medical image, the annotating device comprising:
a display configured to display an image of a tubular structure and a graphical representation comprising an outline of a segmented portion of the tubular structure; and
a processor configured to:
generate a marker overlaid on the displayed image of the tubular structure, the marker movably attached to the graphical representation of the segmented portion of the tubular structure,
receive commands to move the marker along the outline of the segmented portion of the tubular structure, while the marker remaining movably attached to the outline of the segmented portion of the tubular structure, wherein the commands for movement of the marker are restricted in at least one dimension to only move the marker by at least one of sliding of the marker along the attached outline of the segmented portion of the tubular structure and rotating of the marker around an axis of the segmented portion of the tubular structure, and
based on the received commands, position the marker along the outline of the segmented portion of the tubular structure to indicate a feature of the tubular structure.
