1. A power management system comprising:
an interface and
circuitry communicatively coupled to the interface, the circuitry to:
allocate battery power budget for use by one or more hardware resources to perform at least one action based on priority level of the at least one action;
based on detection of power supply loss:
access the battery power budget allocation, and
allocate battery-use from the battery power budget allocation to at least one hardware resource of the one or more hardware resources to perform one or more of the at least one action, wherein the at least one action comprises store a transaction log that is to identify backed-up data and the transaction log is to identify data stored in volatile memory that was not backed-up.
