1. A compound having the formula I:

R1 is a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a cyano group, a C1-C6 alkyl group, or a trihalomethyl group, wherein the compound can have 1, 2, or 3 R1 groups thereon, each being selected independently of one another;
R2 is a hydrogen atom or a C1-C6 alkyl ester; and
R3 is a hydrogen atom or a C1-C6 alkyl group.
