1. A carbon nanomaterial for gas storage to store gas, wherein a specific surface area of the carbon nanomaterial for gas storage is greater than 2000 m2/g, a mesopore volume of the carbon nanomaterial for gas storage is greater than a micropore volume of the carbon nanomaterial for gas storage, the carbon nanomaterial for gas storage has a peak intensity ratio (ID/IG) between G band and D band, as determined from the Raman spectrum, between 1.1 and 2, and in the carbon nanomaterial for gas storage, a pore volume of pores with a pore width of 6 nm or less is bigger than a pore volume of pores with a pore width greater than 6 nm.
