1. A vehicle lighting device comprising:
a first optical system including a light source and a first lens;
a second optical system including a light source and a second lens;
an object detector configured to detect presence or absence of an object inside a vehicle; and
a housing configured to house the first optical system, the second optical system, and the object detector, wherein
the first optical system is configured to illuminate an interior of a vehicle,
the second optical system is configured to display predetermined information to the outside of the vehicle, and
the first optical system is configured to light up to notify the presence of the object in a case where the object is detected by the object detector.
