1. A wheel cover configured to be coupled to a vehicle, the wheel cover comprising:
a leading portion; and
a trailing portion, wherein the trailing portion is configured to bend such that:
when the vehicle turns in a first direction, a first region of an internal surface of the trailing portion of the wheel cover contacts a first portion of a fender of the vehicle and a second region of the internal surface of the trailing portion of the wheel cover that is located aft of the first region does not contact a second portion of the fender that is located aft of the first portion of the fender; and
when the vehicle turns in a second direction opposite to the first direction, the second region of the internal surface of the trailing portion of the wheel cover contacts the second portion of the fender and the first region of the internal surface of the trailing portion of the wheel cover does not contact the first portion of the fender.
