1. An exercise machine, comprising:
a frame;
a first arm located at a left side of the frame and a second arm located at a right side of the frame;
a user interface located at a front side of the frame;
a memory storing a plurality of control sequences; and
a processor, wherein the processor to selects a first control sequence from the plurality of control sequences and controls a manner in which the first control sequence is to be outputted by the user interface, wherein the first control sequence is output by the user interface while at least the first arm, the second arm, or both is being used to perform an exercise, wherein the processor controls the manner in which the first control sequence is outputted by the user interface using time flex.
