1. A method for performing sidelink communication by a first device, the method comprising:
receiving, from a base station, a sidelink grant for a sidelink allocation;
transmitting, to a second device through a first physical sidelink control channel (PSCCH), sidelink control information (SCI);
transmitting, to the second device through a first physical sidelink shared channel (PSSCH) related to the first PSCCH, a transport block; and
determining a physical sidelink feedback channel (PSFCH) resource based on information regarding a resource related to the first PSSCH,
wherein, based on a first sidelink symbol in the sidelink allocation for a second PSSCH for retransmission of the transport block and a second PSCCH which starts earlier than at a symbol where the symbol is defined as a next sidelink symbol starting a preparation time after an end of a last symbol of the PSFCH resource corresponding to the transmission of the first PSSCH for the transport block, the first device skips the retransmission of the second PSSCH and a transmission of the second PSCCH.
