1. A radio frequency (RF) network design method, the RF network design method comprising:
providing a site data intake tool to one or more RF transmission site vendors, the site data intake tool including an array of site data fields for receiving site data;
receiving the site data intake tool from the one or more RF transmission site vendors, each received site data intake tool including a plurality of site data elements corresponding to a group of RF transmission sites available from a corresponding RF transmission site vendor;
updating a site qualification database on a processing system with the received site data intake tools such that the site qualification database includes site data for each of a plurality of RF transmission sites;
analyzing the site data in the site qualification database to generate a plurality of site scores, each of the plurality of site scores providing a viability metric for a corresponding one of the plurality of RF transmission sites;
rating each of the plurality of RF transmission sites based at least in part on the plurality of site scores; and
performing an RF analysis to generate an RF network design utilizing the rating of each of the plurality of RF transmission sites to preferentially utilize RF transmission sites having a suitable site score.
