1. A method of decoding video data, the method comprising:
receiving profile tier level syntax;
parsing a syntax element, from the profile tier level syntax, indicating a level to which an output layer set conforms,
wherein a value of the syntax element equal to 96 indicates a level 6.0 where a maximum luma sample rate of 1069547520 samples per second is supported;
wherein a value of the syntax element equal to 99 indicates a level 6.1 where a maximum luma sample rate of 2139095040 samples per second, which is 2-times of the maximum luma sample rate of the level 6.0, is supported;
wherein a value of the syntax element equal to 102 indicates a level 6.2 where a maximum luma sample rate of 4278190080 samples per second, which is 2-times of the maximum luma sample rate of the level 6.1, is supported;
wherein a value of the syntax element equal to 105 indicates a level 6.3 where:
a maximum luma picture size of 80216064 luma samples is supported,
a maximum number of slices per access unit is 1000,
a maximum number of tiles per access unit is 990,
a maximum number of tile columns is 30,
a maximum luma sample rate of 4812963840 samples per second, which is 1.125-times of the maximum luma sample rate of the level 6.2, is supported, and a maximum bit rate for a main tier is 320000 bits per second; and
performing video decoding based on the indicated level.
