1. An integrated circuit (IC), comprising:
a first die comprising a first side and a second side opposite the first side;
an ambient light sensor coupled to the first side of the first die, the ambient light sensor facing outward from the first side of the first die in a first direction; and
a proximity sensor coupled to the second side of the first die, the proximity sensor facing outward from the second side of the first die in a second direction opposite from the first direction.
