1. A system, comprising:
at least one processor; and
at least one non-transitory computer-readable medium encoded with instructions which, when executed by the at least one processor, cause the system to:
determine that a base station, which is different from a camera, is in an armed state;
determine, while the base station is in the armed state, a first triggering event at a property;
determine, based at least in part on first image data acquired by an imaging device of the camera, that a known visitor is at the property;
based at least in part on the known visitor being at the property, configure the base station to enter an alarm state if the base station is not disarmed within a first period of time following the first triggering event;
determine, while the base station is in the armed state, a second triggering event at the property;
determine, based at least in part on second image data acquired by the imaging device, that an unknown visitor is at the property; and
based at least in part on the unknown visitor being at the property, configure the base station to enter the alarm state if the base station is not disarmed within a second period of time following the second triggering event, the second period of time being shorter than the first period of time.
