1. A bidding management system comprising one or more processors and memory storing instructions that, in response to execution of the instructions by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to:
obtain historical and statistical data associated with one or more IP addresses, the historical and statistical data indicative of consumption of consumable content at one or more end user devices associated with the one or more IP addresses;
calculate, based at least in part on the obtained data and a target winning pace for winning a plurality of bids over a temporal duration of a campaign, a demand slope that represents, as a function of time, target bid amounts to populate an actual or hypothetical solicited impression associated with the one or more IP addresses with one or more particular consumable content items, wherein the target bid amounts represented by the demand slope increase over time to satisfy the target winning pace;
cause the one or more processors to append data indicative of the demand slope to a memory-mapped region of volatile memory, wherein the data indicative of the demand slope is mapped to the one or more IP addresses in the memory-mapped region;
receive, from a content auction computing system, a digital solicitation to bid on an impression associated with a particular IP address;
map the particular IP address to the data indicative of the demand slope;
determine a point in time within the temporal duration of the campaign;
map the point in time within the temporal duration of the campaign to the demand slope to determine a target bid amount for the impression associated with the IP address; and
submit, to the content auction computing system, the target bid amount for the impression associated with the IP address.
