1. A server-implemented method comprising:
determining, by a server, one or more data gaps associated with one or more data records corresponding to an electronic application, the one or more data gaps corresponding to missing data or incomplete data associated with the electronic application;
categorizing, by the server, the one or more data records into one or more categories based on subject matter of each data record;
presenting, by the server on a first graphical user interface for display on a first analyst device within a plurality of analyst devices, at least one graphical element for at least a portion of the one or more categories, each graphical element comprising a status indicator and an input element configured to receive an input regarding missing data or incomplete data to satisfy at least one data gap, the status indicator corresponding to a completion status of at least one data gap; and
in response to the first analyst device interacting with an input element of the at least one graphical element, updating, by the server, one or more second graphical elements on a second graphical user interface displayed on other analyst devices within the plurality of analyst devices to include an updated status indicator corresponding to an interaction of the first analyst device with the input element.
