1. A compound of formula (I), or a salt, a stereoisomer, a hydrate, a solvate or a prodrug thereof:

wherein R is selected from the group consisting of substituted and unsubstituted C1-15 alkyl, substituted and unsubstituted C2-15 alkenyl, substituted and unsubstituted C2-15 alkynyl, substituted and unsubstituted C1-15 acyl, substituted and unsubstituted 3-8 membered cycloalkyl, substituted and unsubstituted 5-10 membered heteroaryl, substituted and unsubstituted 5-15 membered heteroaralkyl, substituted and unsubstituted 6-15 membered aralkyl and substituted and unsubstituted 6-14 aryl; wherein the substituted C1-15 alkyl, substituted C2-15 alkenyl, substituted C2-15 alkynyl, substituted C1-15 acyl, substituted 3-8 membered cycloalkyl, substituted 5-10 membered heteroaryl, substituted 5-15 membered heteroaralkyl, substituted 6-15 membered aralkyl and substituted 6-14 aryl comprises one or more substituents independently selected from the group consisting of halogen, hydroxyl, amino, sulfhydryl, 3-8 membered cycloalkyl, 5-8 membered heteroaryl, 6-10 aryl, C1-15 alkyl, C2-15 alkenyl, C2-15 alkynyl and C1-15 acyl;
R1 is hydrogen, methyl or carboxyl group;
X is O or NH; and
M is H, an alkali metal ion or NH4+.
