1. A chassis for coupling to a security vehicle, the chassis comprising:
one or more lights;
a drone port;
one or more radios;
a window that permits passage of light from an exterior of the chassis to an interior of the chassis; and
one or more antennas; wherein the chassis is mounted on top of the vehicle and the one or more lights, the one or more radios, and the one or more antennas are received and supported by the chassis and not installed in an interior of the vehicle.
