1. A system configured to provide different recommendations to users of a game and assess effectiveness of the different recommendations, the system comprising:
one or more processors configured by machine-readable instructions to:
execute an instance of the game, and to implement the instance of the game to facilitate participation by the users in the game by receiving control inputs entered by the users, wherein the control inputs facilitate interaction between the users and the game;
generate automatically, by the one or more processors, one or more recommendations for one or more segments of the users including a first segment of the users, wherein a recommendation prompts a particular user to take a particular recommended action in the game, wherein the recommendations include a first recommendation recommending a first recommended action and a second recommendation recommending a second recommended action that is different from the first recommended action;
effectuate delivery of the first and second recommendations to different users in the first segment of the users, such that the first recommendation is delivered to a first subset of users in the first segment and the second recommendation is delivered to a second subset of users in the first segment;
track responses of the users of the first segment to the first and second recommendations by (i) making a first determination of a first effectiveness of the first recommendation, and (ii) making a second determination of a second effectiveness of the second recommendation;
generate a new recommendation for a particular subset of the users, wherein the new recommendation is based on one or more of the first recommendation, the second recommendation, the first determination, and/or the second determination; and
effectuate delivery of the new recommendation to the particular subset of the users.
