1. A micelle, comprising:
(i) a block copolymer, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, solvate, or hydrate thereof, the block copolymer comprising:

wherein:
R1 and R2 are each independently hydrogen or an optionally substituted C1-C6 alkyl;
R3 and R4 are each independently an optionally substituted C1-C6 alkyl, C3-C10 cycloalkyl or aryl;
or R3 and R4 are taken together with the corresponding nitrogen to which they are attached form an optionally substituted 5 to 7-membered ring;
n1 is an integer from 10-200;
x1 is an integer from 20-300;
y1 is an integer from 0-10;
X is a halogen, —OH, or —C(O)OH; and
R5 is hydrogen or a fluorescent dye; and
(ii) a therapeutic agent encapsulated by the block copolymer, wherein the therapeutic agent is a monocarboxylate transport inhibitor having the formula:
