1. An Interactive Media Event (IME) system comprising:
a sync server;
a first user device;
a second user device; and
a third user device;
wherein the first user device, the second user device, and the third user device are communicatively coupled to the sync server by a content link;
wherein the sync server executes computer instructions instantiating a content segment engine which:
outputs, via the content link, a Party matter to a second user device and the third user device;
wherein the output, by the sync server, of the Party matter to the second user device and to the third user device are delayed, by the sync server, based on a delay parameter; and
wherein the delay parameter is dynamically determined based on an average network latency determined by the sync server based on a first network latency for the first user, a second network latency for the second user device and a third network latency for the third user device;
wherein the Party matter includes a combined and synchronized presentation of a primary content with a secondary content; and
wherein the sync server executes computer instructions instantiating an IME engine which:
receives, from the second user device, a later reaction to the Party matter; and
synchronizes the later reaction to the Party matter.
