1. A method, comprising:
displaying an inbox for a messaging application on a client device, the inbox including a plurality of received messages, the inbox comprising:
a first portion for displaying a listing of a first subset of the received messages;
a second portion, following the first portion, for displaying a listing of one or more modules providing access to features of the messaging application different from message presentation features; and
a collapsible heading, displayed in the first portion of the inbox, the collapsible heading corresponding to a second subset of the received messages comprising all received messages not included in the first subset;
determining a minimum number of messages to be included in the first subset of the received messages; and
in response to determining that a number of messages in the first subset is below the minimum number, moving messages from the second subset of the received messages to the first subset until a number of messages in the first subset equals the minimum number.
