1. A reflective intelligent reflecting surface (IRS) flexible board, comprising:
a flexible film; and
a plurality of unit cells formed on the flexible film,
wherein each of the plurality of unit cells includes:
an IC configured to adjust a reflection phase,
a line pattern for driving the IC, and
first and second antenna patterns formed symmetrically with each other based on the IC or the line pattern,
wherein the line pattern comprising a ground line, a serial line, a clock line, and a power line is arranged between the first and second antenna patterns, and is disposed below the IC comprising an RF choke configured to prevent an RF signal from entering a DC power input to the IC through the power line.
