1. An apparatus comprising:
a gaming device including a display; and
at least one processor configured to control:
receiving information of an advertisement, indication of a first indicia and indication of a second indicia;
determining a first control of the display to display the first indicia and a second control of the display to replace the first indicia with the second indicia;
the gaming device and a plurality of other gaming devices to be part of a game;
determining an outcome of the game based on the second indicia and a plurality of respective other indicia displayed on the plurality of other gaming devices; and
displaying the advertisement on the display based on a result in the game that includes the second indicia and at least one other given indicia displayed on at least one other given card device,
in which the first indicia is determined based on at least one random event generation, and in which the second indicia is determined based on at least one other indicia associated with a portion of the game which includes the first indicia.
