1. A system for controlling a charging of multiple electric vehicles at multiple electric vehicle charging stations, wherein a charging at a first electric vehicle charging station affects a charging at a second electric vehicle charging station, the system comprising:
an application disposed in a memory device of the first electric vehicle charging station and storing instructions thereon that when executed by one or more processors on the first electric vehicle charging station, causes the one or more processors to send communications from the electric vehicle charging station to a cloud server, wherein the mobile device relays a charge transfer request from the first electric vehicle charging station to the cloud server that includes identification information;
wherein in response to a charging control signal being authorized using the identification information received from the mobile device, the charging control signal is received from the cloud server at the first electric vehicle charging station; and
wherein the first electric vehicle charging station and the second electric vehicle charging station determine their charging transfers in relation to each other using received charging control signals.
