1. A non-transitory, computer readable medium comprising instructions stored thereon that, when executed by processing circuitry, are configured to cause the processing circuitry to:
receive first data indicative of an area affected by, or projected to be affected by, a weather-related triggering event;
receive second data indicative of a plurality of capacities corresponding to a respective plurality of safe havens within or proximate to the area;
receive first vehicle data indicative of a first vehicle location of a first autonomous vehicle, the first vehicle location being within the area;
select, based on the first data, the second data, and the first vehicle data, a first safe haven of the respective plurality of safe havens;
direct the first autonomous vehicle to the first safe haven;
receive second vehicle data indicative of a second vehicle location of a second autonomous vehicle, the second vehicle location being within the area;
select, based on the first data, the second data, and the second vehicle data, a second safe haven of the respective plurality of safe havens; and
direct the second autonomous vehicle to the second safe haven.
