1. A product comprising a fibrous structure comprising a plurality of fibrous elements, wherein the product comprises a total level of one or more active agents such that greater than 1 g of the total level of one or more active agents are delivered during use of the product, wherein the plurality of fibrous elements comprises a polyethylene oxide that exhibits a weight average molecular weight of greater than 10,000 g/mol but less than 500,000 g/mol as measured according to the Weight Average Molecular Weight Test Method.
