1. A nucleic acid molecule comprising:
at least one polynucleotide sequence aptamer capable of binding at least one portion of P97, P102, or P116 surface proteins on M. hyopneumoniae,
wherein the at least one polynucleotide sequence aptamer is selected from the group consisting of: APT3Cooc10 (SEQ ID NO: 1), APT3Cooc4 (SEQ ID NO: 2), APT3Cooc2 (SEQ ID NO: 3), APT3Histo1 (SEQ ID NO: 4), APT3Cooc3 (SEQ ID NO: 5), APT3Histo2 (SEQ ID NO: 6), APT3Histo4 (SEQ ID NO: 7), APT3Histo5 (SEQ ID NO: 8), APT3Histo9 (SEQ ID NO: 9), APT3Cooc7 (SEQ ID NO: 10), and combinations thereof, and
wherein the at least one portion is selected from the group consisting of: amino acid positions 768 to 1082 of the P97 surface protein (SEQ ID NO: 12), amino acid positions 768 to 1050 of the P97 surface protein (SEQ ID NO: 24), amino acid positions 768 to 925 of the P97 surface protein (SEQ ID NO: 13), amino acid positions 1 to 529 of the P102 surface protein (SEQ ID NO: 25), amino acid positions 1 to 324 of the P102 surface protein (SEQ ID NO: 26), amino acid positions 651 to 1010 of the P116 surface protein (SEQ ID NO: 16), and combinations thereof.
