1. A composition comprising a plurality of pastilles, wherein said pastilles comprise:
polyethylene glycol; and
free perfume;
wherein each of said pastilles has a mass from about 0.95 mg to about 2 g;
wherein said pastilles are contained in a package and there is a dispensing cap releasably detachable from said package and reattachable to said package; and
wherein said pastilles have a shape selected from the group consisting of hemispherical and compressed hemispherical.
