1. A quantum dot, comprising
a core comprising a first semiconductor nanocrystal;
a first shell comprising a second semiconductor nanocrystal comprising a Group III-VI compound disposed on the core; and
a second shell comprising a third semiconductor nanocrystal having a composition different from that of the second semiconductor nanocrystal on the first shell;
wherein one of the first semiconductor nanocrystal and the third semiconductor nanocrystal comprises a Group III-V compound, and
in the quantum dot, a mole ratio of a Group III element of the Group III-V compound and Group III-VI compound to a Group V element is about 1:1 to about 50:1.
