1. A plasticizer composition comprising:
a cyclohexane-1,2-diester-based substance in which two alkyl groups are bonded to the ester groups, wherein the alkyl groups each independently are a C8 to C10 alkyl group; and
an epoxidized alkyl ester composition comprising one or more compounds of the following Chemical Formula 1:

wherein in Chemical Formula 1:
R1 is a C8 to C20 alkyl group comprising one or more epoxy groups; and
R2 is a C4 to C9 alkyl group,
wherein a weight ratio of the epoxidized alkyl ester composition to the cyclohexane 1,2-diester-based substance is 90:10 to 10:90.
