1. A railcar bogie frame, comprising
a cross beam extending in a car width direction and including a car width direction middle portion at which there is a center pin arrangement space, wherein:
the cross beam includes
a pair of elongated supports extending in the car width direction and located away from each other in a car longitudinal direction and
air spring seats at upper surfaces of car width direction end portions of the pair of elongated supports;
at least one of the pair of elongated supports includes a curved portion at a car width direction middle portion thereof, the curved portion projecting outward in the car longitudinal direction such that a clearance between the pair of elongated supports increases;
the center pin arrangement space is between the pair of elongated supports by the curved portion;
the cross beam further includes projections which project from the pair of elongated supports in a vertical direction;
the air spring seats include attaching holes into which the projections are inserted; and
each of welded portions by which outer peripheral surfaces of the projections inserted into the attaching holes and the air spring seats are joined to each other has a closed loop shape along the outer peripheral surface of the projections.
