1. An adjustable length brace, comprising:
an adjustable length elongate one-piece waist encircling portion having opposite free ends, each of the free ends having a length, the first free end being folded to adjust the length of the first free end and the second free end being folded to adjust the length of the second free end and to enable adjustment of the length of the one-piece waist encircling portion; and
first and second discrete end portions, each of the end portions being one-piece and made of a length of a flexible and foldable material, and the length of each of the end portions being shorter than the one-piece waist encircling portion, the first discrete end portion being directly attachable via hook and loop to the folded first end of the one-piece waist encircling portion and the second discrete end portion being directly attachable via hook and loop to the folded second free end of the one-piece waist encircling portion, the first and the second discrete end portions being directly connectable to one another in an over-lapping relationship.
