1. A compound represented by the following Chemical Formula 1:

R1 to R3 are each independently, hydrogen; deuterium; substituted or unsubstituted C1-60 alkyl; or substituted or unsubstituted C6-60 aryl; (tri(C1-60 alkyl)silyl)-(C1-10 alkylene)-; or (tri(C6-60 aryl)silyl)-(C1-10 alkylene)-, or R1 and R2 are linked to form a ring, provided that all of R1 to R3 are not substituted or unsubstituted C1-60 alkyl,
L1 is a single bond; phenylene; or naphthalenediyl,
m and n are each independently, an integer of 0 to 3,
R4 and R5 are each independently, hydrogen; deuterium; halogen; cyano; substituted or unsubstituted C1-60 alkyl; substituted or unsubstituted C1-60 alkoxy; substituted or unsubstituted C1-60 thioalkyl; substituted or unsubstituted C3-60 cycloalkyl; substituted or unsubstituted C6-60 aryl; or substituted or unsubstituted C5-60 heteroaryl comprising one or more heteroatoms selected from the group consisting of N, O and S,
Ar3 is deuterium; C1-10 alkyl; substituted or unsubstituted C6-60 aryl; or substituted or unsubstituted C5-60 heteroaryl comprising one or more heteroatoms selected from the group consisting of N, O and S,
Ar1 and Ar2 are each independently, hydrogen; deuterium; substituted or unsubstituted C1-60 alkyl; substituted or unsubstituted C3-60 cycloalkyl; substituted or unsubstituted C6-60 aryl; or substituted or unsubstituted C5-60 heteroaryl comprising one or more heteroatoms selected from the group consisting of N, O and S, or linked with each other to form C3-60 cycloalkyl or a substituent represented by the following Chemical Formula 2,
p and q are each independently, an integer of 0 to 4,
R6 and R7 are each independently, hydrogen; deuterium; halogen; cyano; substituted or unsubstituted C1-60 alkyl; substituted or unsubstituted C1-60 alkoxy; substituted or unsubstituted C1-60 thioalkyl; substituted or unsubstituted C3-60 cycloalkyl; substituted or unsubstituted C6-60 aryl; or substituted or unsubstituted C5-60 heteroaryl comprising one or more heteroatoms selected from the group consisting of N, O and S.
