1. A method comprising steps of:
creating a first label stack for a first tunnel in a Segment Routing network; and
creating a second label stack for a second tunnel in the Segment Routing network where the second tunnel is congruent with the first tunnel in an opposite direction, wherein the second label stack is created based on inverting the first label stack and congruency is based on determining next hop forwarding for prefix Segment Identifiers (SIDs) at each Label Switch Router utilizing a master/slave determination that ensures each Label Switch Router calculates a next hop from a same direction for both the first tunnel and the second tunnel.
