19. A network system for delivering content, comprising:
an end point device in a first region configured to connect to an access point server via one or more tunnels;
the access point server in a second geographic region configured to:
receive a request for content from the end point device;
retrieve a plurality of files associated with the requested content from a plurality of network devices in the second geographic region;
bundle the plurality of files;
take an inventory of the bundled plurality of files;
create a manifest of the bundled plurality of files based on the inventory;
transmit the manifest to the end point device; and
transmit the bundled plurality of files to the end point device via the one or more tunnels.
