1. A display panel, comprising a plurality of first connection terminals and a plurality of second connection terminals,
wherein long edges of the first connection terminals are oriented along a first direction, wherein the first connection terminals are arranged into a first terminal row along a second direction, wherein the first connection terminals are configured to be respectively aligned with and press against first chip terminals of a chip on film external to the display panel through a conductive glue, forming electrical connection between the first connection terminals and the first chip terminals,
wherein the second connection terminals are arranged into a second terminal row along the second direction, wherein long edges of the second connection terminals are oriented along the second direction, wherein the first terminal row and the second terminal row are arranged side by side along the first direction, and wherein the second direction are not parallel to the first direction, wherein the second connection terminals are configured to be respectively aligned with and press against second chip terminals of the chip on film external to the display panel through the conductive glue, forming electrical connection between the second connection terminals and the second chip terminals,
wherein the first connection terminals and the second connection terminals are connected respectively to display rows or display columns within a display region of the display panel, and are configured to receive a drive signal provided by a Display Driver Integrated Circuit (DDIC) of the chip on film external to the display panel respectively through the first chip terminals and the second chip terminals electrically connected, and transmit the drive signal respectively to the display rows and the display columns within the display region to drive display by the display panel.
