N is a nitrogen atom;
m is a positive integer between 10 and 200;
n is a positive integer, between 50 and 350;
Me denotes methyl;
R1, R2, R3 and R4 are the same or different, and are each independently an alkyl group having from 1 to 4 carbon atoms or a benzyl group or H;
R5 and R6 are the same or different, and are each independently H, or an alkyl group having from 1 to 20 carbon atoms, which are optionally substituted by oxygen atoms;
Ais an inorganic or organic anion.
