1. A polyclonal antibody composition specifically recognizing a peptide consisting of an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 2

(CTRYSDRPSSGPRSRKPKKKNPNKEDKRPR),

wherein the peptide is an immunogenic fragment of an EN2 (engrailed-2) protein.
