1. A composition, comprising:
a compound represented by formula (IV):

R1 and R2 are each independently selected from the group consisting of —H, C1-C24 alkyl, C1-C24 aminoalkyl, and C1-C24 alkanoalkyl, C1-C36 alkylcarboxy, and C7-C20 arylalkyl;
R3, R4, R5, and R6 are each independently selected from the group consisting of —H, —OH, C1-C4 alkyl, and C1-C4 alkylcarboxy;
R7 and R8 are each independently selected from the group consisting of C1-C24 alkyl, C1-C24 aminoalkyl, C1-C24 alkanoalkyl, C1-C36 alkylcarboxy, C7-C20 arylalkyl, —P(OH)O2−, and —SO3−;
X and Y are each independently selected from the group consisting of an alkylamino group (—R11NH—), an alkylamido group (—R11NHC(O)—), an alkylether group (—R11O—), methylene group, and an alkylester group (—R11C(O)O—); and
R11 is a C1-C4 alkyl.
