1. An in-vehicle device temperature adjusting device which serves as a temperature adjusting device to adjust the temperature of an in-vehicle device, comprising:
a refrigerant circuit having a compressor which compresses a refrigerant, a heat-radiating heat exchanger for letting the refrigerant radiate heat, and a heat-absorbing heat exchanger for letting the refrigerant absorb heat to cool the in-vehicle device; and
a control device,
wherein the control device stops the compressor based on a blockage of the refrigerant circuit, and
wherein when a state in which the number of revolutions of the compressor is higher than a predetermined number of revolutions, and the degree of decrease in an index indicating the temperature of the in-vehicle device is smaller than a predetermined value continues for a predetermined time, the control device determines that the refrigerant circuit is blocked.
