1. An antenna system comprising:
a substantially planar first phased array of radio-frequency lens modules, each of the lens modules configured to scan in a first azimuth;
a mechanical actuator, having a platform, the lens modules fixedly mounted to the platform, the mechanical actuator configured to mechanically rotate the lens modules in order to scan in a second azimuth, wherein the platform comprises a primary portion and a secondary portion, the secondary portion angled to be offset with respect to the primary portion, and the first phased array is mounted to the primary portion of the platform; and
a second phased array of the radio-frequency lens modules mounted to the secondary portion of the platform, wherein the second phased array is angled to be offset with respect to the first phased array.
