1. A system for performing an environment-based authentication, the system comprising:
a server configured to:
determine that a call is received from a user device associated with a user, wherein the call is associated with a request of the user for an interaction with an organization;
collect, during the call while the user operates a vehicle, status information of the user device, wherein the status information,
indicates that the user device is within a proximity of a driver seat location in the vehicle, and
includes at least one environmental factor for an environment within the vehicle, wherein the at least one environmental factor includes a noise level or a light level;
in response to determining that the user device is within the proximity of the driver seat location in the vehicle and the at least one environmental factor for the environment within the vehicle,
determine, during the call, a type of authentication for authenticating the user based on at least one of the noise level or the light level in the environment within the vehicle;
send, during the call, a message to the user device that requests the user to provide user information according to the type of authentication for authenticating the user;
receive, during the call from the user device, the user information; and
authenticate the user on the call to interact with the organization in response to determining that the user information is same as a previously stored user information.
