1. A spandrel glass for providing power to an electrochromic window in a building, the spandrel glass comprising:
a first layer including a first antenna array disposed on a first surface of a glass substrate;
a semi-transparent or non-transparent second layer including a first non transparent panel disposed adjacent to the first layer; wherein
the first antenna array has a wired interface with a first transmitter, and is configured to provide a wireless RF power linkage between the first transmitter and the electrochromic window; and
the spandrel glass is configured to be disposed on a façade of the building between rooms on a floor of the building or between floors of the building.
