1. A vehicle comprising:
a sensor mounted to the vehicle, the sensor configured to record data representing material within a tool mounted to the vehicle;
a processor; and
a non-transitory computer readable storage medium storing instructions encoded thereon that, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to:
access data representing a current state of a tool of the vehicle;
determine a volume of material within the tool based on a comparison of the current state of the tool and an empty state of the tool; and
responsive to the determined volume of material within the tool being less than a threshold volume, actuate the tool to hold more material within the tool until the volume of material within the tool is greater than the threshold volume.
