1. A fluorescent sensor of GalNAc-type O-glycosylation by GalNAc-T1 isozyme comprising a polypeptide comprising, in order, a fluorogen-activating protein (FAP) blocking domain having a sequence of an FAP of SEQ ID NOS: 5-11, a furin cleavage linker having the sequence REDRVTGSYQ (SEQ ID NO: 2), an FAP domain of any one of SEQ ID NOS: 5-11, a transmembrane domain, and, optionally, a fluorescent protein domain.
