1. A method of wireless communication, comprising:
receiving, by a user equipment (UE) from a serving base station, a location of a plurality of LBT gaps within a fixed frame period on a frame-based equipment (FBE) mode network;
refraining, by the UE, from transmissions during the location of the plurality of LBT gaps; and
detecting, by the UE, a common control signal from the serving base station at a beginning of the fixed frame period, wherein the common control signal identifies the fixed frame period is available for transmission according to an uplink-downlink configuration.
