1. A method, comprising:
receiving, by a first device, and from a second device associated with a first vehicle, first tracking information associated with the first vehicle and mode information associated with the first vehicle;
determining, by the first device, and based on the first tracking information, that the first vehicle is approaching a location;
receiving, by the first device, and from a second vehicle, second tracking information associated with the second vehicle;
determining, by the first device, and based on the second tracking information, that the second vehicle is approaching the location;
determining, by the first device, and based on the first tracking information and the second tracking information, whether the first vehicle is predicted to collide with the second vehicle;
providing, by the first device, to the second device, and based on determining whether the first vehicle is predicted to collide with the second vehicle, a first notification; and
providing, by the first device, to the second vehicle, and based on determining whether the first vehicle is predicted to collide with the second vehicle, a second notification.
