1. A method for producing a glass ceramic, comprising:
providing raw material components that comprise 3.0 to 3.6 percent by weight of lithium oxide (Li2O) and a colorant comprising molybdenum oxide (MoO3);
melting the raw material components to provide a green glass melt;
refining the green glass melt;
hot forming the green glass melt into a glass ceramic panel; and
ceramizing so that the glass ceramic panel has a transmission of equal to or more than 45% and equal to or less than 85% at a wavelength of 1600 nm.
