1. An additive manufacturing method, comprising:
receiving, at an electronic device, a model for a part;
dividing the model into a plurality of sections, each section having a plurality of layers;
selecting a first set of print parameters for a first section of the plurality of sections, wherein the first set of print parameters includes a first extruder parameter;
selecting a second set of print parameters for a second section of the plurality of sections, wherein the second set of print parameters includes a second extruder parameter that is different from the first extruder parameter; and
controlling an additive manufacturing apparatus including an extruder and a nozzle to deposit material onto a surface according to the first set of print parameters and the second set of print parameters, including controlling one or more aspects of the extruder based on the first extruder parameter and the second extruder parameter, such that the plurality of sections are joined together to manufacture the part.
