1. A material comprising a compound of general formula (I):
{[(M2+)1−x(R+)2x]2[(P2O74−)1−y(PO43−)4y/3]}n(H2O)  (I)
wherein:
0<x≤0.8,
0≤y≤0.8,
n is a positive rational number such that a percentage by weight of water in the material is greater than 0 and less than or equal to 95,
M2+ represents a divalent ion of a calcium, and
R+ represents a monovalent ion of a sodium.
