1. An organic compound, having a structure as shown in a formula A or a formula F:

wherein, Ar is selected from substituted or unsubstituted phenyl, substituted or unsubstituted biphenyl, substituted or unsubstituted naphthyl;
Het is selected from substituted or unsubstituted nitrogen-containing heteroaryl with 3 to 12 carbon atoms, and the nitrogen-containing heteroaryl at least contains two N atoms;
Ar1 is selected from hydrogen, substituted or unsubstituted aryl with 6 to 20 carbon atoms, and substituted or unsubstituted heteroaryl with 5 to 20 carbon atoms;
Ar2 is selected from substituted or unsubstituted aryl with 6 to 20 carbon atoms, and substituted or unsubstituted heteroaryl with 5 to 20 carbon atoms;
R1, R2, R3, R4 and R5 are the same or different, and are each independently selected from deuterium, fluorine, cyano, alkyl with 1 to 5 carbon atoms, aryl with 6 to 12 carbon atoms;
n1 represents the number of R1 and is selected from 0, 1, 2, 3 or 4, when n1 is greater than 1, any two R1 are the same or different, and alternatively, two adjacent R1 form a ring;
n2 represents the number of R2 and is selected from 0, 1 or 2, when n2 is greater than 1, any two R2 are the same or different, and alternatively, two adjacent R2 form a ring;
n3 represents the number of R3 and is selected from 0, 1, 2, 3 or 4, when n3 is greater than 1, any two R3 are the same or different, and alternatively, two adjacent R3 form a ring;
n4 represents the number of R4 and is selected from 0;
n5 represents the number of R5 and is selected from 0; and
substituents in the Ar1 and Ar2 are each independently selected from deuterium, a halogen group, cyano, heteroaryl with 5 to 12 carbon atoms, aryl with 6 to 12 carbon atoms, and alkyl with 1 to 5 carbon atoms; and
substituents in the Ar are selected from deuterium, a halogen group, cyano, deuterated alkyl with 1 to 5 carbon atoms, aryl with 6 to 12 carbon atoms, and alkyl with 1 to 5 carbon atoms.
